Altinkum Didim Today News - Akbuk stores get checked by Mayor Sandalci, due to upcoming summer season preparation and part of the operation was to ensure all local businesses provide healthy food products to local residents in Akbuk.

Akbuk Mayor Sandalci and his team inspected local businesses in Akbuk areas; it is part the municipal food inspection team’s duty is to ensure that all food stores comply with hygiene standards and regulations as a priority within this operation of the businesses that are selling food products.

Companies that have been inspected by Mayor Sandalci include bakery stores in the town that are open throughout the year, the market food stalls and controlled business locations such as bars and restaurants.

The mayor said “the objectives of food production, consumption and running outlets operators, employees and the benefit here is to remind the citizens have to obey the rules.”

Akbuk mayor Sandalci commented “all the mistakes should be resolved and to ensure that these local residents gets and consume healthy food products that have been made in good clean environments in Akbuk”, Mayor Sandalci also commented that “auditing will continue throughout the year and other businesses will also be checked.

Within one week in our town, our auditing firm found 36 deficiencies within the businesses, such as the necessary legal procedures applied in every aspect of our operations you have to clean” he said. However we all need to know and understand that these kinds of checks will improve all food producing businesses in Akbuk and increase the quality of the products served in these stores.
